Hot Off the Grill

Our first CEC Chicken sale was a great success! We sold 25 chickens with sides and received 10 pre-orders for next month! Special thanks to all who helped kick this ministry off! Our next event is scheduled for October 4th and 5th. On Saturday the 4th we will be prepping chickens, making and packaging sides and fellowshiping. We will start around 9am. Then on Sunday we will cook and sell the chickens. If you are interested in being part of this ministry please contact Jim Hart or Randall Holahan.

Cooking Ministers need a name
We need to officially name the CEC Chicken Minsity Members. Currenly we are seeking suggestions for this. Once we have a number of suggestions we will put it up to the congregation to vote on their favorite. Please email your suggestion to me (randall@randallh.com) or click here to discuss on the forum
Bible Study

1st Bible Study Selected

quiet strengthWe will start our bible study this Wednesday September 10th at CEC we will meet from 6:30 to 8:00 with the first half hour of each week being set aside for meet and greet. We have plenty of books. Please Join us.

Outreach

Outreach Scheduled
Our first Men's Ministry Outreach Project is scheduled for Saturday October 11th. We will be doing some much needed repair work at the home of one of CEC's members. Work needing to be done includes:
  • Remove tonge from front of trailer
  • Bury water line
  • Dig up sewer connection at septic tank and repair.
  • Remove lower trim on mobile home and secure siding with new screws.
  • Replace skirting on mobile home
  • Clean up trash from the job
  • Man the grill for lunch

Outreach needs
