Growth in Christ
We want to build into each woman so that she grows in the Lord from wherever she may be to where she needs to go next, step by step through Bible study, mentoring, discipling, equipping or multiplying ministries.
Ministry by Giftedness and passion
We want each woman at Christ Episcopal Church (CEC) to discover and develop her unique giftedness in God and the passions God has placed in her heart to serve Him and His people in the church and in the community so that she might share in the joy of ministry He has prepared for her, and prepared her for!

You may be gifted in many areas, such as teaching adult Bible studies, teaching in children's Sunday school, singing in the choir, feel called to prison ministry, be one is able to listen to another sister in Christ with compassion. Your passion may be to begin ministries and then pass them off to someone else to lead and maintain. You may have a passion to be used to enable others to find Christ through creativity such as writing, acting, painting, or other creative venues. Begin to ask God to show you how to utilize your passions and gifts for ministry and feel free to begin as He leads.
Nurture
We want the women at Christ Church to enjoy the nurture of one another in mutual fellowship of sisters in Christ. As women who nurture their families, friends, and others in ministry, we want to provide a place where women can come to be encouraged and built up in the fellowship of Christ. Sometimes that means stirring one another to good works. Other times, is means to allow a sister a season of rest and renewal among friends.
Grace
We want our fellowship to reflect the grace of God in our dealings with each other, that the women of Christ Church might be known for their love and grace toward all -- whether those relationships be intimate or casual, family or stranger.
Humility
We want always to remember and reflect who we are and Who God is, never comparing ourselves one to another, but always and only to Him.
