CEC Men's Ministry Dinners will be available on the 1st Sunday of each month.
The next Deliver date is October 5th.
You can purchase the dinners at the church, however to help us better prepare for the number of dinners, we are asking that you pre-order by:

printing the below informaiton, filling it out and placing it in the colection plate on Sunday between now and September 28th. (We will also have the form available in the bulliten each week.) Please include your check made payable to CEC with Men's Minstiry or Chicken Dinner in the memo field.
The price of the meal is $10.00 for a whole chicken dinner and $7.00 for a half chicken dinner. Dinner includes chicken and two sides
